Bill Bratton, ARI Chairman, addresses NNOAC annual conference

NEW YORK, NY, Feb. 1, 2010—Altegrity Risk International, Inc. (ARI), Chairman William J. Bratton is the keynote speaker at the National Narcotic Officers’ Associations’ Coalition (NNOAC) annual meeting of its Board of Delegates in Washington, D.C., on Monday, Feb. 1, 2010. Mr. Bratton, former Commissioner of the New York Police Department and Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department, will discuss “Cops Count – Police Matter” during his one-hour presentation, which includes a question-and-answer session.   

NNOAC is comprised of 40 individual state narcotic associations, representing more than 50,000 law enforcement officers from across the nation.
