USIS names Christy McCampbell as Global Anti-terrorism Assistance (ATA) Program Director
FALLS CHURCH, Va., September 16, 2009 – USIS, an Altegrity company, has named Christy McCampbell as the Global Anti-terrorism Assistance (ATA) Program Director (www.usis.com/ata). Ms. McCampbell reports to Senior Vice President of Business Development Beth Hardison and will build upon her significant leadership roles in U.S. and international narcotics enforcement.

Before joining USIS, Ms. McCampbell served as staff director for the United States Senate’s Caucus on International Narcotics Control. She also served as the United Nations’ country representative to Pakistan, where she helped develop and implement anti-drug and crime control, border control, police training programs, anti-corruption, and precursor chemical control relative to specific needs of Pakistan.
Prior to that, Ms. McCampbell served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Department of State’s International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, where she oversaw foreign counter narcotics and crime programs, operations, and diplomatic relations throughout the Western Hemisphere. Throughout her career, Ms. McCampbell has held various positions with the Department of Homeland Security, California Department of Justice, and the San Diego Police Department.
Ms. McCampbell earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice administration from San Diego State University, a master’s of public administration from Golden Gate University, and a juris doctorate from San Francisco Law School. She also graduated from the FBI National Academy.
